No sign up required by recipient. All they need to do is click on the link and they will be sent to download page. If file requires password/passcode, they will need to enter that to download file.
Yes, as you share a file, when recipient downloads file you will be able to see how many times file has been downloaded.
Currently the max file size limit is 5 GB for all users. When we release the paid subscription version, the max limit will be 50 GB, for subscription user and 5 GB for basic user.
You can share any types of files. Whether it's a PDF, Excel, Word or Videos (large videos), audio, zip, it doesn't matter. Whatever you have you can share!
